Actor Ahmed Helmy has finished filming his new movie, Hadouta (A Tale).
According to Cinema Track, the film has now entered post-production, including editing, sound mixing, and composing the soundtrack, in preparation for its release in cinemas in the coming period.
Hadouta is Ahmed Helmy’s latest cinematic work and falls within the social comedy genre. He plays a man who discovers that he was raised by a family other than his biological one, leading to a series of comedic and emotional situations and twists.
The film also stars Maged El Masry, Rahma Ahmed, and Mohamed Abdel Azim, alongside several other actors. It is written by Ahmed Abdel Rahman and directed by Mazen Ashraf.
Ahmed Helmy’s fans are eagerly awaiting the film’s release, especially as it marks one of his most notable returns to cinema. He was keen to choose a project with a distinctive tone that blends comedy with human drama, within a framework of surprises and engaging situations.
