“Seven Dogs” to Be Released in 18 Foreign Countries
Turki Alalshikh, Chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority, announced that his film Seven Dogs will be released in more than 18 foreign countries.
The film is scheduled to premiere in theaters in New Zealand and Australia starting on June 25.
On June 26, the film will be released in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Poland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Greece.
Seven Dogs continues to achieve record-breaking success, becoming the highest-grossing film in the history of Arab cinema.
The film’s strengths include its unprecedented production scale in the Arab world, extensive filming inside the Big Time Al-Hosn Studios in Riyadh, and the use of multiple locations, including Boulevard City. It also features an international team specializing in cinematography, production design, visual effects, and stunt work, giving the movie a visual and action quality that approaches global standards for major action films.
The film stars Egyptian and Arab cinema icons Karim Abdel Aziz and Ahmed Ezz and is directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, who previously directed the movie Bad Boys: Ride or Die.
The cast also includes international stars such as Monica Bellucci, Salman Khan, Sanjay Dutt, and Max Huang, alongside Nasser Al Qasabi, Tara Emad, Sandy Bella, and Sayed Ragab, creating a cast that strengthens the film’s Arab and international appeal.
Seven Dogs is also the first film to be shot entirely at Big Time Al-Hosn Studios in Riyadh, one of the newest and largest film and television production studios in the Middle East. The film entered the Guinness World Records after breaking two world records in filmmaking: the largest cinematic explosion in film history and the largest quantity of high-intensity explosives detonated in a single scene, highlighting the scale of the production capabilities behind the project.
