An American actor and producer, born on June 20, 1952, in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Southwest Missouri State University, where he studied drama, and then moved to New York shortly after graduating. He made his debut in The Face of Rage (1983). He is best known for his role in the sci-fi and horror film 10 Cloverfield Lane. Among his most notable films are Barton Fink, Argo, and Flight.
